I won't dignify a response as they aren't worth it. I AM DONE....Steal your money and you have to fight to get it back, don't do their job, don't know what they are doing, I have just spent over 3 hours and yesterday 2 hours trying to fix the problem and still not fixed. Had phone 24 hrs and neighborhood incident needing police assist AND guess what NO SERVICE.! Ìf a friend had not had a phone we would be in grave danger.

Just the worst possible service: a network that is often down, unresponsive customer support, and terrible phones. Stay away from this company!

I do not give Assurance Wireless not even 1 star. Assurance turned my phone off twice and said it was the California lifeline that turned it off, I called California lifeline and they said it was Assurance wireless that cut me off. California lifeline approved my application. Assurance wireless just gave me the run around, now I am going to another phone company.. One, when I reported my phone stolen they never sent a new one to replace it and kept giving excuses. So I bought one off amazon. I have been with Assurance Wireless for over three years. Then the new smartphone came out. So I apply for one then they sent me another Basic Phone. Nothing was wrong with the old one. I applied for a phone and they said i was approved but i never got my phone. Every time i call i receive different reasons as to why i haven't gotten it. One went as far as saying my government. Lol. Horrible company and that seem so fraudulent.
