My friend just got the phone from Assurance Wireless. He asked if I could help him activate. It has been 8 hours and I give up. This woman want stop talking. Have to tap twice on all icons and then it still may not continue. Cannot leave a screen with the tapping the back option. Who knows how to figure out how to scroll, if you scroll 'twice" then your stuck on whatever your finger tip touched. I want to throw it out the door.. Punch that... Read more

I have been customer with assurance wireless quite a long time! I spend anywhere from $25 to $35 a month on xtra minutes. They have new program where new customers that sign up get a new android phone! But if your a good long customer you do not get new phone! The phone i got is a piece of ***!! Holds a charge for bout an hour! Have complained to no avail! So instead taking care customers that spend money and been a customer a long time... Read more

There good company they just have a weird way of highering on employees pay 7$ a ph but put 3 people per location on a location that only brings in 10 to 25 phs a day you dont get paid fairly. And the companys making a killing but know people need jobs its almost like breaking labor laws.but we need jobs a d that what stand up budfet safelink and assurance all know and use it to there advantige

Hello this company is a rip off this service is supposed to be for low income people and these people just talking people money as if it's nothing and you call them to resolve your issues they wanna get smart and act if you want something for nothing I buy minutes to add to my phone and they just take them this is just sad and something needs to be done about this seriously

received my recertification form in mail filled it outproperly & Promptly mailed it back at least 3 weeks before my service expired. Tried at 25 times after being prompted on the phone to no availl there automated merry go round just would let me know that I was already certified for 2016. This issue with Peter Adams phone is still not resolved and this is absolutely ridiculous! I just spoke to a customer service rep from assurance and hopefully she really took care of the issue because they didn't even have the right address for Peter in their system and he changed the address on his yearly review and then again when his phone was ruined in the washer. Lied about my service then rips me I had to wait a month to get the service corrected only after they were rude and called me a liar on the phone with support.

no voicemail...constant robot calls...Philipino customer service for American company....never helpful...been called a *** by a supervisor...have to call sprint executive offices to get any results...positive or negative at 855 848 3280....phones break down within months...towers are down or under maintenance.I have had to call the federal Comunications Commission many many times to get assurance or Sprint to respond and now they are playing...
