all those complaining are just ungrateful spoiled brats ,u got a free phone ,free minutes ect . stop complaining or go pay for your own phone ,show some gratatude and appreciation that there is a program that gives you a phone for FREE with minutes .jeez cant believe some of you people ,seriously . again you dont like it then go buy your own phone ,maybe get a job ,get a life ,go do something with yourselves other than sitting around complaing... 36 minutes waiting on a supervisor who then tells me "it's good customer service"...called 4 times...hung up on 4 times...refurbished phones that stop working after a month or 2..."looking for service" errors....towers out for weeks...no voicemail...Philpinos who cannot speak English...what do you get for free?NOTHING!!! My phone malfunctioned and would only work when plugged in. Twice Assurance promised to send a new one and twice they failed to do so. Also, it took them forever to turn off my service. I will never use this company again, and would discourage anyone else from using it. In the beginning, it took a whole month to get my phone. The texting function is archaic and very awkward. Two months after being approved for service, they still have not sent the phone to me. I can't count how many calls and emails to them, each time they say they are sending the phone. On one of my many calls to them they said that I requested to cancel. I said no I have never asked to cancel. I only applied a couple months ago, and am still waiting for the phone. I've been with Assurance for a couple of years, and I want to change over to QLink wireless. QLink says I'm still with another carrier, and Assurance says the same thing. I've tried to cancel Assurance, and it always takes me to cancelmag. I'm really gettin fed up. All I want to do is cancel Assurance. It shouldn't be that hard. CANCEL, CANCEL, CANCEL !!!
