They discontinue my service every month. I have to renew every month. They don't tell you when they are going to do this, it's a surprise. When I dial 611 "as I've been told to do," I get the air message " Your service cannot be verified". They leave no was to contact them.

Applied with someone locally then was told I had to pick phone up but I am disabled and was unable to so she held the phone. Called the company so one was suppose to be sent in Febuary then again in early April but not one phone has been sent while I have had an open account and the federal government is paying them this entire time. This is insane and horrible business!
