I ordered one of these phones, I only paid for shipping since it was the first time, it completely dies a week later. So I had to get a replacement and pay $25 +$5 for shipping. It won't work either.

It keeps say "Chrome" has stopped working. Then it goes back to the home screen. When I try to send a text it says "Messaging has stopped working" then goes back to home. I cant even text on it. It also hangs up on the people I'm taking with on almost every call. I realize that these phones are for low income people but there just horrible. I'd rather have the older ones to be honest. They weren't "smart" phones but they were reliable and always worked. Oh, and I dont wanna say I'm pissed, just very disapointed that poor people have no choice but to use these awful phones. TY for listening.

I have one it does the same thing they sent me 5 this month December 2018 all defective my new one said framework and phone has stopped it all quit working tried to restart it went to start up screen wouldn't go any further cant take the battery out its really sad dec 17 2018 so tired it also keeps losing data and contacts it starts over and you have to restore if your lucky

I hear ya! I'm hoping they'll get us better phones.

The ones we have are almost unusable. For now I'm just trying to put up with it.

The worst,customer service.They do not speak ENGLISH,or understand it either.

Called them asked about a new phone.(I just wanted a new phone),was told I was do an upgrade.They send phone,within 1-2 weeks,the battery goes.They tell me they are getting a lot of complaints about this phone (ans ul40).I received a new phone,about 7 days later,I received a another phone,the exact same as the one People are complaining about.Called to activate,was on phone for almost 5 hrs,not mins,hours.People hung up on me,people transferred me to different departments and none of them could figure out how to transfer my account from 1 phone to the other.finally I got someone to help me.I told them I do not want these dam new phones.Just switch my service to my old phone.He did.Now they are looking for the new phones back,which have to be sent in their special return envelope.which I asked them to send me.which I still have not received.Plus these phone were not new,they were used

I feel your aggravation, They actually wanted to send me a 6th phone! I chose to wait for a new sim card...that never got sent!

I waited a week and a half...business days for nothing. I finally called, it hadn't even been sent! I have been without any service, and terrible service for 5 months now! And this GLOBAL, British Kingdom company (no headquarters in the USA), out-sources to the Philippines (doesn't even hire USA workers) is STEALING our USA government DOLLARS.

WHAT THE ____?

My umx battery took a *** on me, tried to get a new one and they sent me this ans phone. I still need to get a battery for the umx phone to get contact information out of the phone, most transferred over, but there's some that didn't. Not sure how I feel about the new phone yet, rather have my old one working again.

PHONE EXPLODED IN MY FACE

The ans ul40 phone got really hot and exploded in my face and caused third degree burns on the left half off it. I had to go to the hospital and I am in extreme pain right now.

Cannot turn new phone on.

I was sent a new phone from assurance and the sim card is already in use. I dont know why I was sent a sim card that is already in use. I tried to call but some recording comes on.

They sent me a replacement phone, for a phone that broke after a week. The replacement phone is the same cheap ragged phone the broke the first time. It takes a long time to load, and turn on. It freezes up very often

Their ANS phones which is the only type they are currently offering will only work for a couple days before they stop working. It appears to be a scam to force you to buy a phone from them.

Customer service does not respond when emailed and if you go on the phone, you cannot understand them half the time. This company is horrible and I wish the government agency over them will do something about them.

I use assurance wireless and my gigabytes goes away so fast. They only give you 3 gigabytes and in 2 days, they are gone .

They constantly try to get you to buy gigabytes. Why do they go away so fast?
