i had just received my cellphone from assurance wireless and at first it was good and then after a week i had started to experience problems with the phone '' technical glitches''like the apps just keep popping up, and erased all of my contacts, and i cannot call people and then they can not call me and then the phone takes hours to charge , and the battery drains in minutes and then i had called the 1-800 number and i had talked to the customer service and they were really no help at all and they could not resolve the issue and then they had gave me another 1800 number to call which there were absolutely no help either after you read this review that you want to consider buying a cellphone from assurance wireless or any federal lifeline service.

Ive then with insurance for about 4 years now I've never had so many problems within the past year I'm at the point I want to file a civil action lawsuit I don't know how to go about it I'm on my 10 phone since August the amount of time that I spend calling them I can't even begin to tell you all I've caught them stealing from me cutting off my phone minutes at 302 hundred and something for 2 months in a row I don't know how long it was going on forevery time I call them I'm on hold or they switch me to five different people or hang up on me so I'm on the phone 6 hours every time I call them and now my phone was hacked or something last night but they already had sent me the new phoneand I can't even call customer service or 611 because I don't have another phone to call from and I can't get into my pin it says wrong PIN that has never happened to me before that's the final straw I can't even text you properly about all the damage phones and what they have done to me mentally physically you wouldn't even believe
