Assurance Wireless - Horrible. Phone will not stay charged.

I got my cell phone in the mail. I couldn't activate it because it will not stayed charged. I tried taking the sim card out and putting it in my old phone and it says the sim card it locked. I need help on how to unlock the sim card to activate my cell phone. I don't have a way to be contacted unless threw email. neverstopbelieving01102015@gmail.com Wtf

Assurance Wireless - Negative review

I called 2 times each time more than 30 minutes talked to 4 person and go over the issue with each one at the end i was so upset i asked to transfer me to same person irs much easier and faster he saik ok and transfer me to someone else and i have to go over with him we do have problem with our phone and with customer service they dont listen to the customer im not happy at all wasting my time for nothing. Customer service needs to learn how to listen and make customers happy. I hope someone read the reviews and act as soon as possible. This is not good for your company.

Assurance Wireless - Absolutely horrendous

I have had 6 phones in 4 months due to the same recurring problems..this last phone they sent me the problem started from day one apps opening and closing on thier own and also with this phone can't even make càlls. When I call support line they are very rude, including talking down to me. I am elderly, disabled but free from stupid. I'm a very well educated person. So again this is the 6th phone I have had in 4 months..un useable from day one.. I'm at my wit's end.. what do I do??? HELP!!!!
