I have only be a customer of Assurance Wireless for 4 months. I am about to receive my 5th replacement phone. 3 were ZTE phones, the one that I am waiting for the next replacement is an ANS. I read my conformation email that said my next phone is an aw-toma???

I can't stand customer service. Has our government sourced out the customer service representatives to a Latin speaking country?

It seems there is often a language barrier. The reps seem to think they can be helpful. The block your ability to speak with a technical support person. It is infuriating.

Assurance Wireless gives me no assurance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I suppose this a the epitome of "You get what you pay for??????"

The government of the United States treats people in the lower socioeconomic population like CRAP... cutting benefits and providing inferior products,

I have to call Assurance Wireless a minimum of 3 times a week.

I think I should sue the US government for mental anguish and physical abuse. I never had a blood pressure problem with Verizon but the Assurance Wireless program is going to cause me to have a stroke or heart attack.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

I have been through living *** with Assurance wireless . They charge me $25.00 for junk phones that never work .

I have been through so many probably 9 . The free service is not wort the problems . It takes weeks to get the new phone that only works for a few days . No One speaks English ever no matter how many times you call .

They are just horrid ..... Do not waste your time .

It's true...us English speaking people can't understand what they are saying..im sure we can find English speaking people in America who would love to sit and answer phones

Assurance service is great and I have never had any problems with customer service either. However, the phones are horrible.

Fortunately for assurance customers things are going to get better. Currently they use a CDMA system, they are either adding or switching to GSM. This means their phones will have SIM cards. This will allow many more options for handsets.

The newest phones being sent out (as of today, 5/15) already have SIM cards.

The system has not been fully implemented,, but assurance customers should look for an email sometime in the near future. Hope that helps ppl out

If you are so pissed and mistreated get off your butt and do something about it and stop bi#&'ching. I agree with this person it is free , be grateful instead of complaining.

The person I spoke to at assurance may not of been an American but he was helpful and kind, unlike most of the comments I see on here- I can see why the man was so baffled by my kind attitude. What has the world come to , when we all tear each other down instead of helping to pull each other up in these hard times.

I am so sick of the whole it's free stop complaining speech. Bad service is bad service.

I, for one, have never really had problem with assurance. With this transfer to the new provider there has been some issues. I've called multiple time and have multiple different answers. I am grateful for this service as I need it.

But does that mean I should get *** service and not have a working phone. No. Does that mean I am lazy and should "get off my *** dude I work. Service is service.

The thoughts of people getting help from a system that is there to help is appalling. What, should we bend the knee and start kissing *** just to get a phone that works?

Again this is in place wether anybody likes it or not. Get over yourself.
