Assurance Wireless - More *** phones

What does it take to get a phone that WORKS? I've been fighting to get something that will work for over a year now! How do i make this worthless service be what it should be for me? The last phone they sent out wouldn't even activate! In the past year, i believe that I've had 7 phones that will not continue to work or activate!

Assurance Wireless - Bad phones

On my fourth phone in four months. I dont think I've had it a week. I haven't transfered all my contacts yet as the transfer from a nearby devise never works. No service AGAIN! Any suggestions besides calling Safelink? Would like to have you contact me but AGAIN no phone .

Assurance Wireless - No Signal Strength

I live in one of the most impoverished areas of San Diego, CA and I get zero to one bar of signal, indoors or outside my apt. I have Congestive Heart Failure and need to be able to call 911. Although they have worked on the cell towers twice in the brief time I've had the service, the problem persists I cannot afford a signal booster. How can I get them to provide one at no cost? They repeatedly put me thru tech support who only have me do a factory reset, which changes nothing.

Assurance Wireless - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO PHONE.....

yes we contacted them... theyn kept aqsking us to return the phones....and i kept telling them we did and we habve the receipts... they kept giving me the run around... they said call back in 4 days so theyn can check the registration.... i got NO satisfacftion at all and NO phone after messing with them for about a week.....

Assurance Wireless - Cannot turn new phone on.

I was sent a new phone from assurance and the sim card is already in use. I dont know why I was sent a sim card that is already in use. I tried to call but some recording comes on.

Assurance Wireless - I've been ripped off by these bastards and it pissed me off

I bought a phone from Assurance Wireless as an upgrade to the *** phones they sell about a week before Christmas. The phone could not be activated after several weeks of trying with their technical support which is a joke I finally they finally told me to send it back and six to eight weeks later refunded me - $25 for restocking fee. This is an outrage and I don't know what to do. They said that they were able to get the phone working when was in their hands but they could do nothing for me what it was in my hands
