Assurance Wireless - The pain and suffering of owning a ANS UL40.

I have a UL40 also and it is a piece of junk. I keep getting pop up messages that certain apps have stopped. Phone is unusable. I thought I was upgrading from a Unnecto Drone X. The Unnecto does not work right either but at least it works. The UL40 currently is not working at all. The Unnecto has serious problems and needs to go to a repair shop but I can use it for basic tasks. I am going to call Assurance Wireless customer service and tell them to cancel my service on this phone and call Safelink wireless to turn my Unnecto back on. Pretty sad.
