Just spent the last 45 min. Reading the same reviews of either ANS OR UMX LIFELINE PHONES.
NONE OF US ARE GETTING ANYWHERE WITH ONE REPLACEMENT AFTER ANOTHER. THESE ARE INFERIOR USELESS PHONES.
I'M GOING TO TRY TO GET HELP, OTHER THAN C/S. WISH ME LUCK GOOD PEOPLE, I WILL REMAIN ON THIS SITE AS LONG AS MY UMX DOESN'T FREEZE UP.REVIEWS CLEARLY SHOW A PATTERN OF THE SAME NEGATIVE ISSUES.

call customer service 1-88* ***-**** and ask what is your application ID and once you already had the application ID then call 1-80* ***-**** to know what is the status of the application
