received my recertification form in mail filled it outproperly & Promptly mailed it back at least 3 weeks before my service expired. Tried at 25 times after being prompted on the phone to no availl there automated merry go round just would let me know that I was already certified for 2016.
Tried the process on the computor no success. Tried e-mail they said get right back to me. 5 days later how pathetic. they pride themselves a "COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY"?????????????
Not One of their 4 phone lines can you anywhere but dizzy & angry.
In this day and age that can very dangerous. And Risky for me I take care of my mother whose home on Hospice
