81 days and counting, 54 messages, 7 applications, 19 people and Virgin Wireless and Assurance Wireless are still playing games with me and my life. I am alone, destitute and desperate for a lifeline and I hope each and every person who has put one obstacle after another has a loved one in this position someday so they can know how badly they have treated a senior citizen unable to defend themselves.

Hopefully none of their loved one will die waiting.If I were not in need who would actually want one of those phones. NOW they say I have not proved I live where I have lived for 38 years. Before you think I am not cooperating let me say I have sent 4 different bills, utility,mortgage, water, and each one had my name and address and they say I have not sent the information. At this point it is clearly personal and arbitrary.

If I could choose another company I would but I am stuck with these horrible people. Remember this when you look for a wireless company. Assurance is owned by Virgin Wireless.

This time I sent an ORIGINAL: Water bill with my name and address and they claimed it was "not acceptable". Of course,they never really say what is acceptable probably because they already got one of everything from me already.

Mortgage, water , electric, cable.

I have cooperated 100%. I now have a complaint against them with the FCC.

Also to reitierate this. They pretend to work, act like they are doing something and they don't even know what planet theyare on.

I am still waiting one month for a part for the phone that doesn't work. Which they assured me it would come in 3 days. Hah right. They want people to think they work so they can get a paycheck and they don't do ***.

I knew it was never cominga nd I can't get anyone for a whole month. This situation happened before and it toks 3 months for them to get me a new phone. why should I expect anything else. When you have to deal with these bozo turds on the phone.

This is what you have to expect.

These *** should reap all the aggravation, anxiety, frustration and chaos they dish out.

Would there be a possibility that some public official would read this and shut these call centers down overseas for all the trouble that they have caused many people.

I can totally relate to how you feel. Especially with these incomepetent, ***, dizzy headed turds who they use as overseas operators who pretend to not hear you, understand english or create confusion, frustration and anger.

But as soon as you contact the FCC all of a sudden they respond asap. By then you don't want to return any calls to these *** These tongue twisted clamatious, chaotic causing ***

Just because you are indigant and dependent on them, they think theyhave the right to misuse and neglect inportant things that matter to you.

All their children and then some should reap all the bad seeds they sow. Causing me to have continous anxiety and asthma attacks. They should all feel what they do to me.

They refuse to connect you to the USA operators, they refuse to connect you to a manager.

I am making this viral. I am contacting as many people as possible to cancel their overseas contract. Instead of making things better it is worse.
