Assurance Wireless - Help Dept is useless

Am unable to reach them and find out why my phone is not validated and have repeated the process four x and continues to say this Accoutn is not Validated!! BTW its the new Useless Dandy Coolpad No it is not Cool with me am a Senior relying on thisPhone and its does not even work the time correctly or the language Can I speak with someone or get an answer?? None so far BTW#2 this is the third Coolpad they have sent You figure it I cannot

Assurance Wireless - NOT Happy

I faxed proof of my eligibility for recertification 4 times, over a period of 2 months. Over a period of 6 weeks I was told my application for recertification was in the mail. After the 3rd time asking about the application for recertification I found out that the application was sent to the wrong address. The 4th time the agent updated my address and mailed out the application and unlike the others he said I should receive my application in 4 days not 10. Also, my Assurance account states I am not due for renewal until 12/31/16. Customer service does not listen. I am having to repeat myself 2 or 3 times. I have asked question that require a yes or a no and I am ignored.

i have tried repeatly to get a phone througn this company and they are horrble, i apply online and then fax or upload my income and SSDI letter and then in a few days i get. written letter stating that i am not qulified because i never sent my papwork, so the. i tried again and this time i mailed the paperwork to them the same day i did the application and i was denied again stating i didnt send paperwork to prove my income, they didnt even let the mail get to them. this is ridoculous!

Assurance Wireless - STOP CALLS FOR RENEWING WHEN IT ALREADY IS

I renewed my eligibility certification just over a month ago, but I still get 3 calls a week from Assurance Wireless demanding that I renew my certification. When I call the number back the computer hangs up after telling me I am certified through December 31, 2017. And the calls sometimes occur at 2am local time. The least it could do is connect me to a person when I press zero during the call instead of asking if I've lost my phone and hanging up when the answer is no! And what is even worse is that I cannot find another phone number to call the idiots and tell them that waking a disabled person at 2 in the morning is at best illegal...

Assurance Wireless - Awful

Trying to cancel my account and return my phone. They do not provide a phone number where this can be done, even though they send an email telling a person to call them. What happens is that they have two different phone numbers and neither works in which to cancel the phone. I am about ready to throw it in the garbage! They need to have way better customer service and provide people with a way to cancel the account and return the phone, if they want it back. What a disaster. I would never, ever recommend this to anyone for emergencies even! It's simply not worth the hassle.

Assurance Wireless Customer Care Review from Rumson, New Jersey

My Assurance Wireless was cancelled with no notice because someone else is using my address. Even with documentation they won't fix the problem of the previous tenant who has lived in another state for two years. Another person in my building can't get hers because they won't accept a certified state death certificate for the previous tenant of her apartment. Assurance is committing fraud. They were making me recertify up to 175 times every 6 months. They take in taxpayers money without following the laws.
