Assurance Wireless - WTF HAPPENED

Ummmm I had srvice with Qlink Wireless...AMAZING!! I thought I was inquiring about what phones they offer...turns out they cut off my service with qlink and somehow transferred all my info to tjem??? WTF seriously!! I called to cancel service...they said 'sorry no, ypu must have srtvice with us for a yr' ummmm what!?! I just want my qlink service on!!!!
