Assurance Wireless - Lifeline phone wireless

My cellphone has not been working since 3 days. The customer service representative was not too helpful. He told me to go to another service provider that will provide better customer service. Since, this is a free service that Medicare provides . I did not have service for three days. They did not know how to help. Furthermore, I cancelled my service and went to another provider. Horrible customer service.
