This pos company sent my grandma a postcard declaring her service would be cuf off if she didnt respond by a certain time and day...i called immediately upon receiving it via snail newly in the picture for taking care of her so i react quickly to things like this...i knew she had a phillips lifeline but was unsure whether assurance was like a 3rd party contactor paid to monitor it so i call this number and just get an automated menu asking for the phone number associated with the acct...after entering my grandmas home and cell number several times each i resulted to pounding 0 until i actually was able to speak with someone, turns out theyre not in KS as the return address suggests but instead in the Phillipines, at least their customer service center, and cant find my grandmas account with the acct # they provided for with their post card, insisting on the phone number associated with the acct...when i respond that ive already entered that and their system didnt recognize it she jumps into some bs rhetoric taught by this vulture company...i ask what i need to do to have my grandma removed from their solicitations but she has no answer again asking for the phone number associated with the acct...smh at this pt i just want this pos company to stop ... i ask the person i soeak with about how she sleeps at night knowing that she is taking advantage of people who are in the mental and physical health that my grandma is in...she just says this call has been recorded and hangs up...if u get a post card from this company save urself the headache of responding ...they r just fishing for new business

It's so hard to find good help these days. Sometimes it's almost impossible.
