I applied for a free phone and sent in the required paperwork. I called a week after sending in the paperwork only to be told I was not approved.
So a few days later I went online and applied through a different carrier. The same day in the evening I received a phone from assurance. Great they must have been mistaken when I called and they told me I wasn't approved. So I called them to set up the new phone and I was told that they couldn't set it up because I applied for a phone through a difference carrier.
Great so now I must wait another week and a half to get approved and I am still without a phone. Thank goodness for my laptop otherwise I would not be able to cmake phone calls. Why I was told I was unapproved they couldn't tell me and why they didn't accomodate me and set up the phone since I oanly applied for another one due to their error I do not know.
