assurance wireless did not renew my contract tho i still have lifeline. once cut off they want you to top up for 10c/min and make it impossible to contact a live person.

calling as if i just registered and forgot my pin#, i got an operator. she claimed many people had same complaint, and they believe there was a glitch in lifeline database. but lifeline said only names specifically given by a lifeline associate company enters their system, therefore, uw is at fault for not renewing my application.

in the past i spoke to supervisors, but suddenly one is not available. most likely they are forcing long time clients out to have them reenter as new clients with just 350 free minute instead of 500 mins.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
