Assurance Wireless steeling air time
was the same problem i had. just today, after the years of being badgered and dishing a lot of my own back.
I was finally able to examin my own account on line. what i concluded, as with what i had to explain to them for years, the system that they use was deducting minutes and money from my account every time a voice message was received. ie: I was getting charged for the incoming call that would go directly to voicemail. Not just the actual time the caller was on the line, but in a lot of instances up to 15 minutes air time.
I must have talked to over 50 phillipino's till I actually got one that understood what the *** i was explaining to them. Good luck all!
