Assurance Wireless - Absolutely horrendous

I have had 6 phones in 4 months due to the same recurring problems..this last phone they sent me the problem started from day one apps opening and closing on thier own and also with this phone can't even make càlls. When I call support line they are very rude, including talking down to me. I am elderly, disabled but free from stupid. I'm a very well educated person. So again this is the 6th phone I have had in 4 months..un useable from day one.. I'm at my wit's end.. what do I do??? HELP!!!!

Assurance Wireless - UL40 phone issues

Phone overheats then asks for Google account placed several times and it won't retrieve information. Called car support placed on hold 54 minutes never resolved issue now without service.phone checks for updates but no information. Csr support asked same questions over and over again can't understand what individual days xfers call to other representative who won't stay on phone until service reconnect or redponds

Assurance Wireless - They are taking money out of my account for this phone for minutes and I only had this phone for two weeks before it was stolen they refused to deactivate it

This phone was stolen I only owned it 2 weeks your company refuse to deactivate it and now somebody is taking money off my card for minutes or something

Assurance Wireless - Phone was stolen after I received it I called and told them to deactivate and they would not do it I'm being billed for iPhone I don't have yeah they don't like you buy another one for $25

They would not deactivate they tried to sell me one for $25 I denied and I'm still being billed for iPhone I don't own
