Assurance Wireless - Poor excuse for a professional company...poor excuse for customer service

no voicemail...constant robot calls...Philipino customer service for American company....never helpful...been called a *** by a supervisor...have to call sprint executive offices to get any results...positive or negative at 855 848 3280....phones break down within months...towers are down or under maintenance.I have had to call the federal Comunications Commission many many times to get assurance or Sprint to respond and now they are playing games trying to take my phone and use from me.I would not advise anyonyone to buy a Sprint phone...or do business with Sprint or to get a phone from Assurance Wireless or to do business with them.
