Assurance Wireless - Worse phone EVER

Every review i have read is exactly my complaints. (Read them so i dont have to repeat). Iam on my 3rd replacement phone in 6 weeks. I was told upgraded phones would be avail in Jan 2019 socall everyday from Dec 29th to Jan 5 to ensure i would be on the list to receive upgrade. All a lie. My account shows under my order history the phones i have returned but also shows i was sent a different brand of phone. I never got it. I was told the " different" phone on my order history is a serial number for another ANS. More BULlLCRAP! I am grateful for the chance of thw free service but please can i have a phone that i can use?

The part of the phone above the battery gets quite hot. Also, it takes about 4 hours to reach a full charge. And, the battery drains even when I'm not using the phone.

Yes i called them and was on hold. Agent claimed to put me on hold! Instead he disconnected me. placed on hold to speak with someone! Let me say this this company is worthless. Customer service is horrible!!! Before if you try to use phone you have 5 minutes of pop ups/advertisements..ugh! I would like to tell them where to put this phone

Assurance Wireless - ANS Phone, Horrific - ANS Phone is not a Lifeline Device

The phone message is that it will take 9 hours to charge. When charged it lasts less than an hour if one is able to use it. Most times the screen keeps itself blocked with pop-ups or the camera app opens itself. The screen may have to be tapped up to 20 times to try to use the device or attempt getting to the dial function. If it were a medical emergency one would surely die as they would be unable to dial 911. Case # 236984540
