NO one knows what they are doing. How they are in business is beyond me.
Constantly saying, did not receive, form not complete, online signature no good, must resend application, add forms that have nothing to do with my situation, get different answers from everyone you speak to. Worst CS I have ever dealt with. Go with SAFELINK or anyone else!!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Between, emails, fax, snail mail, download, resend info over and over and they never receive, what kind of company is this.
Should have 1 case worker per client... not a different person everytime you deal with them.
Then they call you and still dont know why papers are necessary!!!! It obscene
