I've contacted them several times since I received the replacement SANS phone. Each customer service representative says different things.

I couldn't get a picture through text..says won't download...when I called one said I needed to put money on my account..never had to do that with UMX phone..put $10 on account..still had problems..called again..another rep said I needed to buy a SIM card..never had before. Also once I delete the text with download, it keeps coming back for days. Called, they reset..still happening. I should be able to receive a flyer or picture through text..was able to before without adding anything.
