Ive applied 3 times online for my father in law & they can never find the account!!! And both times ive called customer service they cant speak or understand any kind of english!!

It just took me 15 mins of repeating myself over & over spelling my state Tennessee over & over telling her it started with T over & over to finally get fed up & hang up !! Its ridiculous!!

I have been with assurance for 4yrs. They're the worst telephone company on the planet.

They're often outsourced to the Philippians and most of their employees can not speak English. When calling them you can expect to be on the line for hours. My phone broke in November and I was on the telephone with them for over 1 1/2 hrs. Yep, over 90 minutes.

Oh, and they hung up on me 4 times. And each time, I had to call them back.

I have repeatedly submitted complaints to their supervisors and administrative offices. But nothing really changes.
