Ive applied 3 times online for my father in law & they can never find the account!!!And both times ive called customer service they cant speak or understand any kind of english!!
It just took me 15 mins of repeating myself over & over spelling my state Tennessee over & over telling her it started with T over & over to finally get fed up & hang up !!Its ridiculous!!
