Customer service is a true joke. I've been hung up twice already and I'm not a rude caller.

I was on hold for almost 20 minutes and was hung up on less than 2 minutes after they finally answered. The first rep I spoke to was going to transfer me to technical support and he tells me "I hope they're not rude to you." I told him I would handle it and asked that he go ahead and transfer me, but he hung up on me instead. Assurance, please deal with your customer service reps!! Also, the ANS phone they provide is worthless.

It will not charge. It does no good to have phone service when you can't make any calls.

I had asked about purchasing a better phone and the rep told me that he could transfer me to sales, but ONLY if I agreed to make a purchase during my call. How can I agree to make a purchase without knowing what phones are available nor the prices?!
