Received my phone on the 3rd of March, it's been frozen on the blue screen on the 4th day of owning....Sooo glad I didn't shut down my current phone and that I didn't have a real emergency, if I did, I be pretty much screwed because the phone doesn't work!!! I'm a senior on a fixed income and thought this might give me some relief paying for a phone I can't really afford, plus the fact I'm paying for my elderly mothers phone too who is 84 yrs old....
