Received my phone on the 3rd of March, it's been frozen on the blue screen on the 4th day of owning....Sooo glad I didn't shut down my current phone and that I didn't have a real emergency, if I did, I be pretty much screwed because the phone doesn't work!!! I'm a senior on a fixed income and thought this might give me some relief paying for a phone I can't really afford, plus the fact I'm paying for my elderly mothers phone too who is 84 yrs old.... Dead

Tried to fix problem with customer srvc and they hung up in the middle of rebooting.... Now what do I do just keep calling and be put on hold.

I thought I'd get better service than received.

Why do I have does my comment have to be 50 words, shall I just rant and rave about *** phone and *** tech. service.
