I've been attempting to set up a lifeline account with this company. When I hadn't received my phone within the 10 business days, I called them because no tracking information was available online. The first call was to get the tracking number. I tracked it (FedEx to SmartPost) and discovered Assurance had sent it to the wrong address!

Now keep in mind that I had received all of their mail correctly so I was confused. I called them back and was told the apartment number had been typed as AA, not A on the shipping label. This WAS NOT my error it was theirs. The rep then proceeded to tell me I would have to check back with them in 7-10 days to see if the phone had been returned to them. Then, IF they had received it, another phone would be sent out again within 7-10 days.

If I choose to continue this process, I will have waited a month just to get the phone!

NO THANKS! I will see what other options are available and I will definitely let people know NOT to use this company.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

I didn't like: Poor customer service, Shipped product to the wrong address.
