Assurance wireless hacked YES... hacked my account from AT&T.
When calling Assurance wireless - I have NO account number, NO phone number.... for forty-five days I have tried canceling the account they hacked by using my address. They told me they will ship out a cell phone and "for me to call a friend and ask my friend to read back the incoming phone number" AND "the only way to cancel this account is to open an account" Seriously.... THIS COMPANY IS BAD NEWS.... Please beware before you use this company.
Poor customer service every time I've called to speak to them about how this could of happen. I have been a customer with AT&T since 1980 and have no plans on switching from AT&T.
