I have an SSI income and was denied Assurance Lifeline service because Assurance states "I do not qualify for service" Based on the law SSI recipients automatically qualify. Assurance continues to be dishonest as I continue to have no phone service at all.
This is after illegally cutting me off last year multiple times for no reason at all and taking a week and a half to get service back up then lieing about receiving re-certification forms. I have no money to pay for phone service and due to dishonesty by lifeline service providers I will continue to have no phone service at all.
