Ported my number to this extremely bad company. They indicated on line I would get 2 gigs of free data, then in the letter they said 1gig, then when I activated the phone they said I had to pay for data.

I told them that wasn't acceptable since the State of Texas told me I got 1 gig free per month. I have never been able to use data, and they say on the automated phone system I owe them $1.00 for data. I spent almost 3 hours on different occasions using my husbands pay by the minute phone trying to get them to fix it.

The second problem was being able to access my account on my home computer.

I have never been able to despite the time mentioned above. All of the lifeline services seem to be a scam.
