Assurance Wireless in Baltimore, Maryland - Rip off

I purchased their $30.00 plan, but cancelled it the next day and was told that I would be reimbursed within 7 - 10 days. I was also told not to return the phone I purchased from them until I was reimbursed. I have been waiting since 07/17/2015 for all this to take place, only to be told on 08/17/ 2015 that I would not be reimbursed and the $30.00 is being applied to my cancelled Assurance account. I no longer use the service and that is why I am seeking a reimbursement. What can be done regarding this matter?

Assurance Wireless in Owings Mills, Maryland - Waiting on refund from them for ATT

i order a replacement phone and then did not need it. they informed me when i sent it back i would get a refund. When the refund did not show up on my bill i was told that it would take 1 to 2 billing cycle to show. The person from Assurance told me not to pay the 99.00 fee and to tell ATT that they will be refunding it. I did do that and ATT put a whole for the 99.00 . Its been 2 billing cycle and not my phone has been supened and i called and they tell i have to pay the 99.00 and that the previous person should not have told me that but yet they can not pull the record conversation to see who told me that. Im very disappointed .

Assurance Wireless - Phones Review from Owings Mills, Maryland

My daughter who has special needs, phone has been suspended for over 2 week because assurance wireless us accusing her of fraud! My credit card company made a mistake and didn't pay for 2 new phones I purchased 4 her, so virgin mobile suspended both my phone and her phone without even notifying us. So 4 69.66. Assurance wireless is saying my daughter committed fraud eventhough I payed d money and my phone been reactivated, assurance wireless is playing detective and trying to tarnish my daughters good name. Which is wicked and foolish because my daughter is disable and if assurance wireless continues,I'll have to take legal actions! Maybe because our names are almost the same, assurance wireless is thinking my daughter is me. HOW FOOLISH!
