Not resolved

I purchased a new "smartphone" from them in December of 2017 and in January of 2018 it would lose its entire charge within 8 hours of no use. I called them 3 times with no help from them, on the 4th call they transferred me to my 4th person who said they where from Virgin Mobile and he said he saw all the calls I had made and the problems I had. I was told by this person that he would send out a new phone that was better and newer since the one they sold me was old and no longer made (imagine that). I was told I would have it in 5 days. On day 5 I logged into my account and it didn't show any new orders or a phone being shipped so I called and go the same run around and was told no new phone had been shipped

I was told they would yet again send me a new phone which is yet to be seen.

I did try to switch to a non government assisted carrier and was told I could not port my number since I got a new phone 2 months prior and started a new year which is bs since it shows my service is through June of 2018.

Yet again I'm on the phone and was told no order for a new phone had been made but they would send me out the same *** phone again.
