Assurance Wireless in Newark, New York - STOP CALLS FOR RENEWING WHEN IT ALREADY IS
I renewed my eligibility certification just over a month ago, but I still get 3 calls a week from Assurance Wireless demanding that I renew my certification. When I call the number back the computer hangs up after telling me I am certified through December 31, 2017. And the calls sometimes occur at 2am local time. The least it could do is connect me to a person when I press zero during the call instead of asking if I've lost my phone and hanging up when the answer is no! And what is even worse is that I cannot find another phone number to call the idiots and tell them that waking a disabled person at 2 in the morning is at best illegal...

Assurance Wireless Phone Service Review
I had assurance wireless before and they had done me rite and i had just reapplied for their service. And i know that they will do.me rite again. So wats with all these bad complaints bout them. I have to say if i was them to not give no.one a free phone and mino people that complain bad things bout them so i really. Advise u guys try again and see how it goes
Assurance Wireless in Hyde Park, New York - Horrible customer service
I have been calling for months for a replacement phone since mine is lost. They deactivated it while I get a new phone only for them not to send it. They tell me now I need a new account and there are no more phones available to me because its one phone per household. But if it's lost then right now there are zero phones at this household. My fifth call right now and on hold so far 26 minutes! Terrible. Being taken advantage of for a free phone. Too much stress. If I had $ I'd go get a phone but that's why this is suppose to be available.
