I have contacted them several times and used caae bumbers that they have given ne to use to know when i contact them...over and over and over....still nothing has been done...the phone still does not work.si asked for a return shipping label...time after time...nothing yet to this day! They suck

Have tried to contact them from granddaughters phone cause the phone i got from them will not turn off or on..it stays on blue screen !! What the heck! Cant remove battery...nothing...

I received my phone and after the first month the phone just stop working property first it's hard to hear anyone then it started getting hot, now all my data goes within days of renewed, cuts off by it's self, locked me out, I called several times about it, now you have to put in a code first to activate it, it's never worked properly at all. Now I'm having to pay for a new phone I don't understand why, because I depend on this phone. Hopefully this next one won't give me any problems.
