Have tried second phone they sent me, first never worked, hang up calls, apps never work, texts lost or not received. Second phone just the same.
Phones junk, ztephones, unsure if phone worse or service, virgin mobile, have complained SEVERAL times no improvement. Government should ask for their money back. If in emergency, this so-called lifeline will probably not get through! Taxpayers paying way too much for this I am sure.
People in need do need the program, but come on, fix the phones! What a Government piece of crap they are handing out.
Phones do not work well at all. Lucky to get calls through or who knows how many not received?
