Assurance Wireless - RECERTIFICATION
I am so frustrated with assurance wireless. I was told I need to recertify in August, I faxed the paperwork numerous times, then I found out the fax number changed, I faxed it again to the fax number that was given to me.
They said they never received any of the faxes that I sent. I am getting more and more frustrated now. September 25th 2018 was the deadline, they still did not receive anything.
I got the paperwork, was told to fax it again, and mail it, I did mail it certified on September 28th 2018 where they received it on October 1st 2018, which they ignored my recertification documents. They are telling me now that I need to reapply for the assurance wireless.
What do I do about this problem with these people who doesn't know what the *** they are doing.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Assurance Wireless Cons: Phone and customer service, Not resolving my problem, Not being willing to work a problem out.
