Two weeks ago I started getting calls from Assurance encouraging me to recertify. I am certified until 10/20/15, and told them I would recertify when it was time and to please stop calling me.

It stopped until today. Now when I make a call I get a message 'we will connect your call shortly but first you should recertify'. The third time I went off and called the out of USA customer service and the guy tried to both do his job and then realized I wasn't buying the BS and tried to find a solution.

He had none.

I told him I would find someone to file a formal complaint with and I have just started.

Reason of review: harrasment to recert early.

Preferred solution: Stop that practice. It is evident that you are either trying to retain customers or get paid on recertification..

I didn't like: Recertify harrasment.
