I charged my phone, turned it on and tried to enter a number that I thought was my pin # (phone did not say what # it wanted) pushed the check mark and I was told it was wrong pin #. The phone keeps shutting down.

I have talked with technical assistance 6 times, just now being cut off. Yes, I am a pissed 73 year old lady with hearing problems what do I do now? I don't have any more words, will this ?????
