i am so dissatisfied with assurance wireless. i have spent two weeks trying to get a replacement phone.
my assurance wireless phone is not working. i called and they went through the steps to get my phone working. they could not so i was told i would recieve a new phone and when i got it send the old one back. i waited and waited still no phone.
i called again and was assured dont worry u will get phone in one to two days it was sent. several days passed still no phone i called again. mind u this is the 4th or 5th time i called. The last time i called the lady said well i cant send one u have two already really?
what are u talking about. so she was going to send me a envelope to mail my not working phone back. That is not what i was promised. i was assured a free replacement.
i depend on my phone. Your customer service is 1 on a scale of 1-10.
please resolve this i keep getting the round around and no phone. do u treat everyone this way that calls?
