Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After repeated requests, Assurance restored my original phone number which had been changed without my permission after an interaction with a customer representative concerning an Internet connectivity problem.

While talking to a customer service agent for the fifth time trying to resolve an internet connectivity issue with my phone, the agent simultaneously deleted the current phone number assigned to my account, issued a new number, and ended our call. Subsequent attempts to restore the previous phone number failed.

My issue with Assurance changing my phone number without my permission has been resolved. On December 12th I contacted customer service about porting my old number to a different phone service provider and was informed that my old number could be restored to my Assurance account.

I agreed and within 5 minutes my old number was restored!! Ed F

Not only does the stupid website tell you that they answer 24/7 but they close at 7pm! No help whatsoever and they asked for Sim card to be returned to them so u never received anything. Nothing but lies with Assurance wireless!!!

I was using Assurance Wireless. I had topped up $35.

They shut my service off a few days after I had topped up. I still had service and data available to me, but again, they shut my account down. I want my money back or some kind of compensation. This is ridiculous.

Their excuse was that I can't get my money back because it's already been converted into data. Nothing makes sense.

I haven't had service in a week for 2nd month.

I used to use their free service from 2018 up until around September this year. Then, I purchased their 'data peace of mind plan' when the ACP ended.

I've used it for three months, with two of them having no service for an entire week. I've contacted customer service many times and they informed me that the issue is due to an outage from a tower in my area. They said they'd put in a ticket to fix it and have been doing the same troubleshooting repeatedly. They've also told me that they've switched my tower several times to no avail.

But wait, my mother has the same phone, just a year older, and the same service. She's in the same area and all of her services work. I find it pathetic.

The first time was supposedly because of a snowstorm. I haven't heard any explanation for this time...

I am handicapped and need my phone. I was told my phone was disconnected because I had not used it in a month.

I had used it the weekend before this to schedule a ride in order to get out of the house. So, I had used it according to the agreement, but it was stopped. I have to have a phone. I have to call my doctors.

I don't have the leisure of not being in touch with other people. This is *** And so is the service! I did not purchase this service.

AFTER OVER A MONTHS WORTH OF AGGRAVATION AND MYSELF FILING A MULTITUDE OF COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM. THEY FINALLY SENT ME A REPLACEMENT SMARTPHONE AND ANOTHER S.

I. M. CARD. HOWEVER THE PHONE THAT THEY SENT ME ONLY HAS 16GB'S SO THE STORAGE IS ALL FILLED UP ALREADY.

THE OTHER PHONE THAT I HAVE FROM THEM HAS 32 GB'S - TWICE AS MUCH MEMORY STORAGE. AND THERE IS NO CHARGING LIGHT ON THE TOP OF THE PHONE.

AND THE CHARGER PLUGS INTO THE TOP OF THE PHONE WHICH IS WEIRD. SO I NEED TO PURCHASE A BRAND NEW MOBILE UNLOCKED SMARTPHONE WITH MUCH MORE ROM MEMORY STORAGE AND A NEWER OPERATING SYSTEM.

Hi Assurance Wireless,

My name is Mr. Martin Weiss. I have had a problem with my Assurance Wireless smartphone. So, on September 28th, Saturday, 2024, I called the Assurance Wireless main customer service number. I called in order to discuss the problems that I was having with the phone. I spoke with a very nice representative. She was very sweet. She was trying to be helpful to me. I explained to her my situation and the representative promised me that Assurance Wireless would be sending me a new smartphone. She stated, 'It will take 5 to 7 working days to receive the phone.' She provided me with a confirmation number. So I wrote down that confirmation number and inputted it into my phone.

Yesterday, October 04th, Friday, 2024, I called back the Assurance Wireless main customer service number in order to find out the status of the shipment of the phone and to get the tracking number. When I called yesterday, I gave the representative and Assurance Wireless the confirmation number that was provided to me on September 28th, Saturday, 2024. The Assurance Wireless representatives, supervisor, and company all lied to me and said that what transpired on September 28th, Saturday, 2024, never happened. They all lied to me and they reneged on Assurance Wireless promise to send me a new smartphone. Assurance Wireless, go back and listen to the call(s) recordings and that will actually verify what I am explaining to you is completely truthful.

So, because Assurance Wireless, their representatives, supervisors, etc. is a lying and unscrupulous company, I will be forced to take action against Assurance Wireless and file a multitude of complaints with various agencies and governmental agencies.

What they can do is answer the phone for customer service. When customers have issues with their phone, they have to be confident and know that if they ever need contact customer service, that they'll be accommodated in some way.

Because I never wanted assurance, you took me from Sage Link, sent me a piece of crap that no one can figure out - 56 crap... And I get no signal to even make a call where I live.

Remove me from your list and even if I press 5, I don't know the number.

No one can activate the phone, no call has been made on it and I don't have a bar of service. Good luck.
