Assurance wireless has reached out by email and is trying to call me on the phone on the # rhat is associated with the symcard they disabled . In fact both sym cards were disabled by Assurance .
I have a ne phone # and service and await my package from Safelink where I have been approved.Assurance wireless reaching out on a phone 3 associated with a sym card they disabled is a sick joke or they are inferior things posing as human . In the email the thing that wrote it stated my service reports as active. What this says is they will steal from the government as long as they can.
When speaking to any of their reps it is always clear that they are not American. so it explains why honesty is a word they do not comprehend
I have been with Assurance Wireless for many years. Three weeks ago, I asked to transfer service to my new phone.
They failed, and then for 3 weeks and over 50 calls after being on hold and disconnected, they answered today.
Instead of transferring my service today, they cut off something very wrong. Neither my old phone nor the new one does work either.

Zacks, the phone number for my Assurance # wireless knowing that the cell phones are the way they are these days You dont use the phone number anymore. You just press contact number whatever you have it under and then it comes up so I didnt remember my phone number and it kept cutting me off. Im hanging up in other words so I never got anybody to help me.

I took all steps that were available to me, including contact via direct call(s), email to customer service, and contacting known affiliates via call and store visits. All of these things turned out to be of no help until One call to Assurance directed to a different department eventually got my phone functioning, but definitely not to my expectation or required level.
msg was received, but as I am unable to reply ("no reply") in order to use the code provided to verify my email address, NOTHING has been accomplished to this point, and I'm still without use of my phone.
My phone is locked; msg on screen is "SIM CARD IS PUK_LOCKED. EMERGENCY".

So yes this is for basically free service they do get some money I guess if you add up all the accounts that would be a pretty good turn out
So why take the time for some that fell threw the cracks that would be caring and so far I can't even get a email let alone any service!

Called they want to send 2009 phone 16 years outdated I filed.

I called two or three times asking why my phone keeps delaying. They gave me a tracking number that doesn't work.
They send me a message every day about why my phone is delayed. No reason why it is delayed.

The phone delivered is defective. It won't turn on even when charging.
It's supposed to be a brand new phone, but obviously, it's not. I tried many times and even charged it overnight, and nothing.
