Assurance Wireless - Cancellation without Cause
On Friday, March 1, 2019, my phone was off. I never received a text or letter to recertify. So, I called and spoke to a guy who informed me that I would be recertified in 3 to 5 business days and that he would give me 250 minutes and another 250 minutes after that if I hadn't been recertified by then. So on Monday, March 4, 2019, my phone was off again. I called to see about the other 250 minutes and I was told I had only received 50 minutes from the agent. This is my only lifeline to my Doctors and transportation to and from my appointments. Nothing has changed in my qualifications for this service. So now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days for a special agent to review my account and was given 50 minutes again...Beyond Pissed

Assurance Wireless - Horrible, incompetent service, tragic, expensive experience
Phone cut off, could not call anyone except Assurance. Finally, someone answered after numerous attempts, but no resolution of problem. Now I can't reach anybody, just automated service repeating the same information and charging me per minute.

Second CSR was worse than the 1st i explained she apoligized but couldnt pull up my request for a replacement phone.After resubmitting the info 15:21mins. Quess what happen DISCONNECTED AGAIN w/o A return call...i hate to suggest or tell someone how what/will be helpful as a 40 CSR rep.When i call back i willl and this is my medicall phone

3/2/19 tried to order a replacement phone we were disconnected.They never took a phone # where i was calling from so i guess thats i didint get a return call
