I have had this new phone they provided for over a month- it was very frustrating to get it to work. Even the simplest tasks of text or phone call was impossible as it went to a black screen.
This company gets millions from the federal government and sends out crap phones.
When I called the 800 number, and tried to talk to technical support, I talked to a woman for 20 minutes and repeated over and over again the problems I was having- as though she enjoyed listening to me beg for help- like I am a beggar of some kind- and she did not care about the issues I was having with this lousy phone. Then finally she said she would transfer me to technical support to repeat the process of b.s.
