After Hurrican Irma, a street vendor started an application for an Assurance Wireless but, stated after taking so many applications that his Tablet battery had died therefore, he was unable to verify if my application was approved to give me a phone. Months later, I've received a letter in the mail implying that I had a phone which I don't have!
I have called the number 1888-321-5880 with the most robotic agents ever! I have never received a phone number but, I have repeatedly tried to explain that I have never set up any security questions
