I'm trying to transfer my old cellphone service to my Android phone. When called I got a run-around and an agent insisting on seeing inside my computer.

I reluctantly let him: It had "attempted hacks" on it, but none had gone through! I was never asked about my computer when I tried too transfer my service between two cellphones before.

What does that have to do with my transferring to another phone? He wanted me to pay hundreds of dollars to transfer a FREE phone! What is going on?!

It sounded like a scam to me.

I had transferred it once before, but had trouble using the Android, so I went back to the old cellphone. Now I just want to transfer to the Android again.

I learned more about the Android, and think I can use it now. (I still have the physical Android phone).
