Assurance Wireless - Very satisfied with the customer service I received today!
My phone issue was that the battery stopped keeping a charge unless it was plugged in continuously, and when uplugged, battery went dead very-very quickly, whether in use or not... The agent verified my address & is sending my new phone in three days!
Also, I mentioned to her that I had a difficult phone number to remember (w/ no repeating/same numbers/sequence, & I also had a different area code assigned, than any of my family or friends living in my same area). I explained this to the agent, and she very-kindly offered to try to help. She was able to choose the prefix (304) for me, but she explained the remainder of the number would have to generate randomly - she had no control over that. I said I understood, and that just changing the first 3 numbers would be a big help to me.
To my great surprise, the remaining numbers just happened to be repeats & sequence - super easy # to remember!!! I'm still smiling and can't wait to get my new phone (and number!!)
