My phone was stolen, and I found out that the phone was not in my name by your employees at Assurance Wireless. I had the same phone for almost 6 years been using it, reloading stating the same name and account number for 6 years.
My phone was stolen I had a hard time with your employees telling me that my name is not in their database system. I ordered a new phone and stated my situation of sending the phone, not to the address on file but to an address I am currently at. I made it clear that my phone was going to my new address come to find out they sent the phone to the wrong address.
When noticing the mistake and call them they seem like they really did not care and started talking very sarcastically. So, I missed out on important phone messages
User's recommendation: My recommendation to future customers make sure that this company treat you with respect and curious service so you have no problems obtaining your phones.
