phone arrived damaged in an over sized box with not packing to protect it. would not turn on, finally did after 15 hours charging. locked on the main screen, took 2 hours to get tech support to fix this.

i get constant pop-ups, random apps downloading.

battery is horrible, charge lasts roughly an hour yet was told 5 hours talk time.

battery is constantly hot, never cools down at all. am worried using the phone i may get burned.

on my 3rd phone in 2 months, all the same lame ANS piece of #%&&

any other recommendations for another lifeline carrier? are there any lifeline carries that allow you to bring your own phone?

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: send out a phone that actually works. quit lying to the customer..

I didn't like: Product reliability, Customer service.

i have had this phone replaced 4 times under warranty. now Assurance is claiming i didn't send back the last defective device and refusing to replace this junk ANS UL40.

they're also saying the model is about to be replaced with something else, but in the meantime i have no working phone.

the warehouse these phones come from locally has a bad reputation for saying the defective device "wasn't received".......and customer service is a joke......can't get anything done with them at all!!! call USAC to complain (they oversee Lifeline phone service) ....1-888-641-8722 M-F 9:30am-4:30pm Eastern Time or Lifelinesupport@usac.org
